Off-street parking lots in an OP-1 zoning district must provide sufficient room for parking vehicle movements such that vehicles do not back onto public streets. A minimum gross area of two hundred eighty (280) square feet per vehicle will accomplish this requirement. No driveway or curb cut shall exceed twenty-five (25) feet in width.
